An office is judged in the first ten seconds by everyone who walks into it — candidates, clients, your own staff on a Monday morning. It is also where a single unwell person can put half a team out for a week.
So office cleaning is two jobs at once: presentation and infection control. We treat them separately. Presentation is floors, glass, bins and reception. Infection control is touchpoints — door handles, light switches, kitchen taps, shared keyboards, washroom fittings — sanitised properly with the correct contact time, not wiped past.
Almost all of our office work happens between 6pm and 8am, or at weekends. You get the result without cleaners moving around your team, and we get an empty building to work in properly.

A monthly report against your site specification, with photographs. It gives you something concrete for facilities reviews and landlord inspections.
How it works
From first call to final walkthrough
No surprises, because you know each step before it happens.
Site visit and specification
We walk the building with you, count desks, washrooms and floor area, and write a site specification: what is cleaned, how often, and to what standard. That document becomes the contract.
Mobilisation
Keys and alarm codes are logged, staff are inducted on your site, method statements and COSHH data sheets are issued, and we agree your access and out-of-hours arrangements.
Scheduled cleaning
Daily, three times weekly, weekly — whatever the specification says, at the times agreed. Attendance is logged so you can see who was on site and when.
Monthly audit and review
Your account manager audits against the specification and sends the report. Anything failing is corrected before the report reaches you, with a note of what changed.

What the price depends on
- From £19 per hour, or as a fixed monthly contract price once the site specification is agreed.
- Consumables can be included in the monthly figure or invoiced at cost — your choice.
- Rolling monthly agreement with 30 days' notice. No multi-year tie-in.
Every figure on this site is a guide price. We confirm the final number in writing before any work starts, and it does not change on the day.

Yes, and we prefer to. Most of our office contracts run between 6pm and 8am or at weekends. Evening slots from 18:00 are available in the booking form, and anything earlier or later we arrange directly.
Every member of staff who holds keys or works unaccompanied in a client building is DBS-checked, directly employed by HTM, and uniformed. We do not subcontract office work.
No. Our standard office agreement runs monthly with 30 days' notice either way. We would rather keep the work by doing it well than by tying you in for three years.
Public liability and treatment-risk cover, with certificates provided at mobilisation and on renewal. Method statements and COSHH assessments are issued for your health and safety file.
Yes. Post-refurbishment and post-build cleans, event resets and pre-inspection deep cleans are all quoted as one-off projects, whether or not you hold a contract with us.
Cover is arranged from within our own team and briefed from your site specification. Attendance and any substitution appear in your monthly report, so you are never wondering who was in the building.
