HTM Cleanning was founded by a positive behaviour support worker who kept meeting people whose biggest obstacle was the state of the property they were living in — and could not find a cleaning company willing to help properly.
So we built one. Today we clean homes, offices and commercial premises across Watford and Hertfordshire, with our own directly employed, DBS-checked staff. Same standard whether it is a fortnightly hour or a staged clearance nobody else would quote on.

HTM was started by a positive behaviour support worker who saw what a hygienic home does for a person's dignity and wellbeing. That is why we take on the jobs other companies turn down.

How it works
No hard sell, no surveyor appointment, no waiting a week for a number.
Step one
Two questions and your postcode. Commercial or residential, and roughly how big. That is enough for us to price it.
Step two
You get a fixed quote back the same working day, with an arrival window you choose. Pay a deposit by card, or settle by bank transfer.
Step three
Uniformed, insured, equipped. You get before-and-after photos on deep cleans and a satisfaction check before we leave.
Proof, not promises
Every cleaning company says it does a good job. Ours is the one that writes down what happens when it does not — because that is the only part of the promise you can actually hold us to.
Not at all, and most of our regulars are not. We need a way in — key, key safe, concierge or someone home — and a note of anything we should avoid. Everything else we can work out.
Yes — commercial-grade machines, HEPA filtration and professional products, all in the van. Nothing to buy, nothing to store. If you would rather we used something specific of your own, tell us and we will.
Tell us within 48 hours and we return and put it right at no charge. On end of tenancy work that guarantee runs for seven days and covers anything your letting agent flags on the inventory check.
We issue clear, numbered invoices payable by bank transfer or card upon booking confirmation. Commercial clients and letting agents can be set up on agreed invoice terms. We do not take cash.
We are based in Watford and cover Watford, Rickmansworth, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Borehamwood, Harrow and North West London. If you are just outside, call and ask — we often can, particularly for larger or regular work.
