A routine clean maintains a standard. A deep clean sets one. It is the difference between wiping the front of the oven and taking the door glass apart to get the baked-on carbon off the inside.
Deep cleans are the right call before or after a big life event — moving in, a new baby, a house sale, a family visit, the end of a long winter — or as a reset when a property has been maintained but never properly stripped back.
We work room by room from the ceiling line down, so nothing already cleaned gets re-soiled. A three-bedroom house typically takes a two-person team most of a day. We do not rush it and we do not leave halfway.

Kitchen — the heavy work
- Oven fully degreased: racks, shelves, door glass and interior
- Extractor filters soaked and degreased
- Fridge and freezer emptied, defrosted, sanitised and deodorised
- Inside all cupboards and drawers emptied and wiped
- Tiles, grout and sealant scrubbed and treated for mould
- Behind and beside appliances where they can be safely moved
Bathrooms — descale and sanitise
- Full limescale removal from taps, screens, tiles and shower heads
- Grout scrubbed and re-whitened where possible
- Toilet descaled under the rim and at the waterline
- Extractor vent covers removed and washed
- Sealant treated, cabinets cleaned inside and out
Living spaces and bedrooms
- Skirting boards, architrave, doors and frames washed by hand
- Light fittings, shades and switch plates cleaned
- Radiators cleaned front, back and between the fins
- Carpets vacuumed with edge tool, under moveable furniture
- Upholstery vacuumed and crevices cleared
Glass and detail
- Interior windows, frames, sills and tracks
- Mirrors and internal glazing polished streak-free
- Wardrobe interiors and shelving wiped
- Cobwebs, ceiling corners and coving cleared

Scope and quote
Tell us the property size and what concerns you. We come back with a fixed price and a written scope, usually within a few hours.
Set-up and protection
Floors and worktops are protected, chemicals are laid out by zone, and anything requiring a soak — filters, racks, shower heads — goes on first so it works while we do.
Top-down, room by room
Ceiling line, then walls and fittings, then furniture, then floors last. Each room is signed off before we move on so nothing is half-finished.
Walkthrough before we leave
We walk the property with you and put right anything you point out on the spot. Nothing is invoiced until you have seen it.
Pricing
What the price depends on
- From £22 per hour, or as a fixed project price once we know the property size and scope.
- Two cleaners are quoted as two hours per hour on site — a six-hour job with a pair is twelve hours of labour.
- Add-ons such as carpet shampoo, upholstery treatment and interior windows are priced individually and shown before you confirm.
Every figure on this site is a guide price. We confirm the final number in writing before any work starts, and it does not change on the day.

A one-bed flat is usually four to five hours. A two-bed house is six to seven. A three-bed is typically a full day with two cleaners. If the property is unusually soiled we will say so at quote stage rather than running over on the day.
It helps but it is not essential — we will empty, wipe and restock as we go. If you would rather we did not handle food or personal items, tell us and we will clean around them.
Vacuuming is included; hot-water extraction shampooing is a separate add-on because it needs different machinery and drying time. It is £75 for up to three rooms when booked alongside a deep clean.
Yes, but say so when you enquire. Construction dust is fine, abrasive and gets everywhere, so a post-build clean needs HEPA extraction and usually two passes. We price it separately from a standard deep clean.
Gladly. We hold fragrance-free and pet-safe ranges as standard, and we are happy to work with products you supply. Tell us about allergies at booking and we will note it on the job sheet.
